INGREDIENTS

Ackee, salted cod fish, spring onion, sweet pepper, all-purpose seasoning.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional oven and microwave friendly.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS

-Remove the cupboard sleeve and pierce film

-Microwave on full power for 5-7 mins

-Carefully remove from microwave, peel back film and stir the ackee and salt-fish.

-Replace the film and heat for an additional 5 minutes.

-Serve and enjoy!
